About Us
My name is Kui Adolpho and I am a 4th generation homesteader of Hoolehua, Molokai. My husband, Manu, and I have 3 children who are fondly known as "The Molokai Reds" since they all have red hair.

Charcuterie boards, and just plating foods in general, have always been a hobby of mine having been raised by my grandma, Linda Mokuau - who was the epitome of extra! Kuti Boards is definitely a passion turned side hustle for me that honors the memory of my grandmother, and each creation is made with her signature flare.

After making charcuterie boards for family and friend gatherings for years, I officially started Kuti Boards in September 2020 when my full-time position was cut in half and my children had a modified school schedule. And I haven't looked back since! I thoroughly enjoy creating boards of all sizes and for every kind of occasion. For more information and photos of my work, please follow me on Instagram @Kuti.Boards
SM Collective is a group of local producers who produce their delicious locally-made food in the MCHC kitchen through Sust'aina ble Molokai's innovative relationship with the Health Center. SM Collective Producers choose locally-grown, produced, and processed ingredients whenever possible!
